AR coating |
UV AR coating is quite difficult than normal visible
AR coating because of the absorption. Due to the short wavelength,
any tiny defects in the coating layer may cause coating absorption.
Simphoton engineers doing hard working to improve our UV coating
technology and reduce the coating absorption. After many times experiments,
we finally develp the super UV AR coating. The absoroption at 300-400nm
wavelength is on the same level as visible AR coating. Even for
266nm, the absorption can be controled less than 0.5%.
The optics with super UV AR coating has abviously higher damage
threshold and longer life time than the normal UV AR coating.
