Optical
Window |
Optical
window is applied to isolate different physical environments
while allowing light to pass. When selecting optical window
you should consider material, transmission, scattering,
wavefront distortion, parallelism and resistance to certain
environment. Simphoton offers a wide range of different
materials and different degree of precision windows.

Simphoton
provides serveral kinds windows for defferent applications.
Customer designed optical window are available upon request.
Material: BK7, Fused silica, Sapphire, Quartz,
Silicon, MgF2, CaF2, ZnSe, etc.

|
Ideal
for interferometer flat, laser window, beamsplitter
substrate, or parallel plate.
|
|
|
Commercial
window commonly used as sight glass, instrument
window, beamsplitter substrate, vacuum window, etc.

|
Wedge
window (Wedge prism) is a wedge shaped piece of
glass which refracts light rays, thus establishing
a critical angle.
|
|
|
Brewster
window is cutted as brewster angle, It's used as
polarizer in laser cavity.
|
|
|
With
perfect surface polishing, laser window is fit for
high power laser applications. |
|
|
Magnesium
Fluoride (MgF2) has excellent transmission in the
UV wavelength. MgF2 window can be used for excimer
& Nd:YAG laser. |
|
|
Sapphire
is one of the hardest optical material. It has wide
transmission range from 180nm - 4500nm. It's an ideal
material for optical window. |
AR coating is available by request.
